The appetizer listing on the menu includes the 3-cheese spinach & artichoke dip. About half of the restaurants I've been to which serve this item prepare it with either sour cream or mayo (or both). The others make it with just the cheeses and a little bit of liquid (milk or heavy cream) to get it to the right consistency.
Does anybody know how they prepare it at Sci-Fi? (I hate everything made with sour cream and mayo which is why I'm asking).
