Picky Eater - Need some opinions, please!

Hi guys - need some opinions, please!

My cousin is a fairly picky eater and she's going with her family to Disney in two months. I noticed on several menus (like 50's Primetime Cafe) that they have "Fried Cheese". Is that like Mozarella sticks? Are they good? Do they taste fresh and have a "stringy" quality to them?

Anyone who's had them recently (at any Disney restaurant really) that can comment?
