You girls have been very chatty today.

Sorry I've not been around. I answered a few questions here and there on the CSR thread, but just having a bad day overall at the office (that is what happens when I take two days off) and just having a bad "me" day today (not good news from a friend and just having the blahs).

Tracy, glad your mom is holding her own...I told you--she's going to be fine.
Sushi -- YUCK!

Sorry to all of those that have the headaches...I have one too (actually, I have 3 of them at home!).

Hope Chris lands safely in Hawaii.

Talk on all of you later.

Awwwwwww. Hugs, honeybunch. I'm sorry you are having a poopie day. Feel better.

Sooo..on another note...today I saw some of Cold Case when Sophia was napping (she is playing with her daddy right now)...the young man who committed the crime was deaf and it got me thinking/wondering how deaf people cope and/or are treated in prison. Must be especially scary for them.

Well, I must not have put in the correct terms for the info I wanted b/c all I've found so far is academic articles about sign language..oh..and religious ministry.

I wanted to know how they live in prison - i.e. are they segregated for safety etc?

Anyone know such things?

I love Cold Case! :thumbsup2 I've no clue but I would imagine they would be segregated.

Hey, how come my post showed up on 2 pages?? I updated one, did not post the same one twice...:confused3

Makes me look nuttier than I am.:upsidedow
:lmao::lmao: As if that's possible with any of us Pickles!:confused3
I have a confession to make.
Yes???

I never thought of that. May have to do a google search myself.:surfweb:
And the confession would be???????? :rolleyes1

Yeah...what's the confession??? You are such a tease!

Every time I am reading the boards and I see people talking about resorts and referencing BLT - Bay Lake Towers, I think of a bacon, lettuce, and tomato sammich. popcorn::

:rotfl::rotfl:

Have you seen the rooms for that place? I wasn't overly impressed...just not my style.

Not my decor taste either...nor is the rest of the CR - those rooms just look dark and dreary to me.

However, back in the days when CR was balanced architecturally, with 2 wings, we loved it. We had many wonderful stays in both the now extinct N Wing and the Tower (when MK view was by request).

My 2 cents on that subject. ;)

Hardly. I did buy a lottery ticket for tomorrow night, though. :thumbsup2

We'll pick up our lottery tkt tomorrow for tomorrow ngt's drawing. Never know..fingers crossed. Wait..maybe it would be best for me not to win until after the bankruptcy is finished???

(just kidding..I'd be happy to win and pay off every cent I owe..would far prefer to be able to do just that!)

Did we win a million dollars with the trifecta? That would go a long way toward our "girls only" trip!
:cool1:

It just doesn't feel very "Disney" to me. I know that for a lot of people it is the ultimate in "Disneyness", but I really have no desire to stay there. (But if someone wants to let me stay there for free, or even really cheap, I would thank them up and down and enjoy every second of my trip!)

The plane has landed and they are on their way to get their bags!!:cool1:

Oh don't get me wrong. If I had a room super duper cheap, I'd be all over it like a wet blanket. I could get over the ugly really fast. I do cheap. Ya.

Wait. That doesn't sound right. At all. :rotfl2:

Wouldn't the lottery be amazing? So many good things could be done with that money.

But I totally get it! It doesn't matter where you are if you're in Disney!
Heck, I'd even sleep in a cardboard box on Main Street if I had to.
Actually, I might even PAY to sleep in a cardboard box on Main Street...After all it's all about location:rolleyes1
Wicked awesome!! That's one long day. Whew!

:grouphug:
Thanks to you and all my Pickles for being here for me today. I'll bet I sleep well tonight!:thumbsup2
