Picking up UPH tix the night before???!!

Has anyone done this?

We get in late the night before our FTP starts at the Poly. So instead of staying at the Poly for $$$$ that night, we are staying at the Royal Plaza for $50.

Will they let you get your passes the night before or is that not possible? Just wondering because we're trying to get to EE at AK that morning and I was trying to avoid blasting my kids out of bed at 6am.........

I don't think you can pick them up before checking in because they are on the same card as your room key. When you have the FTP the passes are included in package , they will be together. They do not hand you a seperate pass for your park admission.

If the room they are giving you is not ready they will still give you the room key /park admission early in the day. I think you will have to run over in the morning.

Maybe someone else will correct me if I'm wrong.

Sorry, you have to be checked in at a WDW resort in order to get these passes, they are tied to your room/reservation. You can't get them early.

You also must get them from the resort you're staying at. Luckily you can check in to the resort as early as about 6:00am, and even though the chances of your room being available are slim at best, once you are checked in you'll be able to park your car and take the bus, use the pools, and enjoy all the other amenities that the resort offers.

One idea is to maybe have one adult drive over to the Polynesian and get checked in while the other gets the kids up and dressed. If you go up and around the back way past Osprey Ridge and the day care center, it's a pretty fast drive with very little traffic.

That was our issue also. We were arriving late on a Fri night and so I booked AllStars, then move over to Polynesian Sat morning. But, dh just hated the idea of moving, so we booked Polynesian for Fri night also and changed to an earlier flight. It's costing about $400 more tho. But, we can do the e-night. And dh is happy.
