Picking up reward card at mk or express mail

I will be in Disney for one day....is picking up a reward card for points from visa easy to do at mk with min. wait?

Or would it be better for me to have it express mailed for 10.00?

Easy to pick up at Guest Services but you do have to call Chase to activate the card and okay the transfer of the money. May take five minutes max on the phone with Chase.

I picked it up at Animal Kingdom park with no problem. Activating it was a pain in the neck. I had to make a phone call, and I was expected to give the person on the phone a lot of information. Information I was not happy about stating out loud for anyone in the Guest Relations room to hear. I really didn't want to become a victim of identity theft while on vacation.

They asked me my mother's maiden name, then told me that what I said was wrong. They insisted that her maiden name was a word like "table" - something that clearly wasn't a name.

Can you pick it up at Guest Relations, and wait to activate it by calling from the privacy of your hotel room? If yes, that would be a better option.

We've always just picked up the Rewards card and then found a quiet area to call Chase and activate the card. Because you will only be there for that one day, looking for a quiet place will be the best option.

Just from those 3 posts....I called and am having the card express shipped for 10.00. My time is worth more and don't want the headache of finding a quiet place at Disney! I only have a mere 6 hours to enjoy the magic!
