picking up park tickets

sorry i have loads of questions as this is all new to me

We have booked the 4 nights/5 day package. We will be arriving pretty early as we are staying at a campsite an hour away before we go to DLP. We will probably plan to get there for about 10am. Do we check in first and get outr tickets there, or will we get a voucher for the tickets with our documents so we can go straight to the parks and check in later in the afternoon.

We've booked through a travel agent but she has booked it direct with DLP reservations as its accom/tix package only as we have our ferry etc booked with Canvas already.

Hi Suzanne, sorry forgot to say welcome to DLP DIS board when you posted yesterday

You've came to the right place to ask lots of questions

Although your room might not be ready at 10am head for the hotel where you can leave your luggage and you'll be given your park passes. Along with this you'll get a Hotel id which you can use to charge meals and purchases too and pay when you check out.
With any luck and no distraction from Disney Village you'll be in the park by 10.30
