Is picking up package tickets prior to the start of a package stay possible? I was just told by a tech support CM (was having fast pass booking issues) that this is not possible when I had been told by another CM a few months back that we could do so by going to park guest relations and or our resorts front desk 
We have a 2 night room only stay booked prior to a 4 night package which includes 4 day park tickets but we want to use one day prior to package check in and 3 days after package check in.... Both stays are at the same resort. Help?!?!
