Picking up our APs

When we ordered our APs over the phone we were told to go to Guest Services to pick up them up once we got to WDW. We'll be staying at the BCV so we can just run over to IG to get them. But from what I remember (and maybe I'm getting things mixed up) the GS desk was inside the park. So if this is right, how are we going to get through the turnstiles if we don't have our APs yet? Maybe the CM we spoke to was wrong and meant for us to pick up our APs at the ticket booth? Any help clarifying this would be great. Thanks!!

you can get them at Guest services (outside the parks) at any park or at guest services at downtown disney as well

The ticket booths at the International Gateway will have your AP's. You need photo ID for the adults.

We did this last year when we were at BCV and I believe it was a GS right outside the turnstiles at the IG entrance of Epcot.

Just be real careful to check your expiration date when you receive your tickets. We had ordered our vouchers in June last year but did not activate our AP's until the end of August when our trip was. Well, I never noticed until a few months back, when planning this trip for this July that the woman at GS stamped a year from the date I ordered the APS for our expiration date, which means they say they expire this June instead of August. I had to call WDW and a woman gave us a number to give when we arrive for this trip and said we should be fine in getting our APs changed to the proper date so we could use them on this trip! Just thought I would mention it to you! If I had only looked at them last year when we were there, I would not have to deal with this now. Have a Great trip!!
