Picking up Hoop Dee Doo Tickets

Does anyone know how this will work. We are checking into Pop for 1 night on Saturday and because the Free Dinning didn't start until Sunday we are going to check out on Sunday morning and then just check back in for the package with the Free Dinning and our Park Tickets. Hopefully keeping the same room. On Sunday we want to make rope drop at AK and then go from there right to Hoop Dee Doo. Do we have to get our tickets at our resort at the concierge? Will they be ready that early in the morning? We booked the Hoop Dee Doo at 180 days out and it says we are confirmed with our Dinning Plan.

We got to Fort Wilderness about 45 minutes prior to the show and just picked up our tickets from the concierge window right next to the show doors. It was very simple and hassle free! Then we took some time and looked around at the pony rides and horse stable.
