Picking up Canadian tix

hi all!
My father just bought Disney tix for a big, multigenerational trip. He bought the tix through Costco.
We will get certificates/ numbers to link our tix/get fps but will have to get actual tix at Will Call.

I have a few questions:

1) I fly down/check into POP the night before our first park day. If our tix have been linked to our magic bands will I still need to pick up the tix/show my passport for the Canadian tix deal) at will call? Or can I do it at POP?
2) Do we need to have the credit card that bought the tix when we pick them up? (Difficult given we all arrive at different times)
3) We have the Bon voyage breaky and then plan to enter Epcot through the international gateway entrance. Is there a guest services in that area or would we have to go to the front entrance (which will cause havoc on my touring plan)

Does any one have experience booking a pkg through Costco? Any help would be most appreciated!!

No need to go to Will call if your tickets are already linked to your MDE/Magic Band. You only need to go to guest service at any park or Disney Springs to show your passport with your MBs and you will be all set! I believe there's a GS window at International Gateway so no need to go all the way to front of the park. If you have time, you can also go to DS the evening you arrive.
