I Will Be Picking Them Up Soon From Any Of The Park's But How Do I Get Away With NOT Paying For Parking,Do I Just Tell The Person At The Booth That I'm Picking The Ap's Up

You pay for the parking and then take the receipt to the guest relations window where they refund the parking cost. Alternatively you can pick up from guest relations at downtown disney.

We always pick up any tickets at Dowtown Disney, very rarely have to wait more than a couple of minutes.

If you have already bought the passes just show the paper copy at the booth, we've had no trouble in the past.

We always get ours sent to us, especially as we get the DVC rate I know I'm safe once I have those little tickets in my hands! LOL. (well the paper cards that you exchange anyway)
If you explain at the booth you are picking up annual passes (do you have an email confirmation? that would also do the job) I'm sure they would be OK. Most of the time they don't really pay much attention anyway. Failing that you can claim it back at the guest relations window.
