Picking up an AP/exchanging voucher

Hi, We will be getting AP's for our November trip. The last time we got AP's, we were heading into EPCOT, so we just exchanged our vouchers at the entrance & headed into the park. This year, we will be staying at the Beach Club Villas & I was wondering where would be the closest place to exchange our vouchers. Also, I can't remember, but does everyone need to be present to get the vouchers exchanged, or can I just run over with the 3 vouchers (DH's, DS's & mine) & get our AP's?

So, does anyone have a list of places to exchange AP vouchers?

You can exchange the vouchers at any of four theme parks, or at the guest relations desk in DTD:

By reading another poster's comments I got this info:

DTD the Guest relations on the Marketplace side is open from 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Sunday - Thursday / 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. Friday - Saturday and the one on the Westside is open 9:30am to 11:45pm

Also, when we turned ours in they needed to see each adults photo ID, and took our info separately. By the way the conversion went, I don't think I could have gone for the group.

There is a ticket booth/guest relations at the International Gateway.

I was surprised to see that Intnl' Gateway shop closed last weekend.
I don't know if it still is, or if the guest service area was open or closed.
