Question for all you knowledgeable folks,

When we're in Florida next month (49 days til our wedding!!!!), my fiancée has told her best friend (and chief bridesmaid!) that we'll pick her up from Sanford Airport as she's coming all on her own!
We're staying in the Hyatt Regency and she's in the Buena Vista Palace, so we'll be coming from and going back to the same area.

So the question, any ideas what time we should be aiming to leave our hotel area in order to be in time. Her flight lands at 8:30pm ish.
Also is there a zone where we can wait to get her that is not going to cost us as much as normal airport parking?
Oh and also is the best way (sorry, three questions now lol!!) to get there and back whilst avoiding I4 to go all along the Greenway and round Orlando International?

Thanks guys

:goodvibes

You will need a little more than an hour to get there & that depends on traffic. You just go up I 4 East & follow the signs for the Sanford Airport. At the time you are picking her up, it shouldn't be too bad. If it is raining, add more time- at least 30 minutes as when it rains, it pours!! This is a small airport & not very busy. I'm not sure about a waiting area, I have been by it many times, but haven't had to pick up/drop off anyone so haven't paid much attention to it. It is in a rural area, so once you get off the highway, traffic shouldn't be an issue.:hippie:

I don't believe SFB (Sanford Orlando) has a cell parking lot where you can wait for your party to arrive but parking is much cheaper there than MCO.

Parking for the closer hourly lot is $4.00/hr while the garage and other lots are $3.00 per hour.
