Picking someone up at MCO

I am picking up a good friend at MCO (coming in on Air Alaska....Terminal A). Can anyone direct me on exactly the most convenient place to park? I have looked at maps of the airport and it looks as if I can park on the same level as baggage claim. As many times as I have been to MCO I have never done anything other than drop off the rental car so I have never noticed the signage for regular parking garages. Is everything well marked? Thanks.

Just park in the parking garage. There will be signs directing you to the garage. Then you take the elevator down to the tunnel level. You walk through the tunnel and take the elevator up to the baggage level.

You used to be able to walk outside the parking garage and across the street into the terminal. Now they want you to use the tunnel.

Once you are returning to your car from baggage claim you reverse the process. Not all elevators go down to the tunnel level. You will have to find the one that does. Go down to tunnel level, then walk over to the garage elevators and up to your floor. I do this almost weekly and it sounds more complicated than it is.

Thanks safetymom,you were just the person that I figured would know where to go!! I appreciate the tip about the elevators otherwise with all our excitement we would not have even noticed!!
