Picking Days for Park Reservations During Memorial Day

Need advice concerning park days during Memorial Day. We arrive on Thursday before Memorial Day weekend and leave the following Thursday, 8 nights at Bay Lake Tower, with 6 day park hopper+ tickets, with 2 15-year old boys. Please let me know your thoughts on my park reservation days, considering it’s a holiday weekend and parks will be more crowded. Our first park day, Thursday, is Magic Kingdom, Friday Hollywood Studios, Saturday is resort pool day or water parks, Sunday is Animal Kingdom, Monday is Epcot, Tuesday is Hollywood Studios, and Wednesday is Magic Kingdom. We’ve never been to the water parks so I wasn’t sure of the best day to visit, but thought Saturday might provide a rest from the parks in the middle of our trip. Since we have hoppers, we plan to hop to Epcot a few nights for the Flower & Garden Festival and also back to Magic Kingdom since we will be able to walk from Bay Lake Tower. Any thoughts or see anything I should do differently?

We’ll be there some of the same time. We are doing 5 day hoppers. We chose Sunday Magic Kingdom, Monday (Memorial day) AK and Epcot, Tuesday and Wednesday start at DHS (I was told the lower tier passholders will be blacked out after Memorial Day) and we will hop back for anything missed in AK or Epcot, or to MK. Friday MK we probably won’t hop the 2 MK days because even post covid, it’s still a full day park. The others were not when we went in August. If shows/fireworks ect come back by then, we might adjust it back to a 6 day ticket and give AK and Epcot their own days without hoppers.
