Pick up time for DCL bus from Poly

Hi Folks,
We are heading on the Wish next month and have decided to take the DCL bus to save a bit of moOlay. We have a breakfast booked for Steakhouse 71 for 7:30am, does anyone know if it is possible to choose a pick up time? Or is it possible to find out what the pick up time would be?

You can’t choose a pick up time. Recently the pick up times have been early - either before 9am or just after - so I don’t think that breakfast will work.

I just booked transfer from Disney resort and was told we would get notification under our door the day prior to our pick up with the luggage pick up time and bus info. I could not request a time. Pre COVID, resort pick up times were later, but once testing at the port began, the times switched to much earlier. Even with self testing options now, the posts I’ve seen still indicate an early pick up from the resort. You would have to do private transfer if you want to keep the breakfast reservation.

In June, we stayed at Poly - we met in the lobby at 8:15 (ish?), luggage was picked up at our rooms at 7:00 am, and I think that we were on the bus no later than 9. Our bus was the second one to arrive at the port.

yeah you don't get to pick a time, you find out a window (small) the bite before and it's early. I would not book a breakfast that day.

I haven't cruised before so when the luggage is collected from the room, does a CM just knock on the door for it? I've not really seem this part mentioned before and I just wanted an idea of what happens so I know what I'm doing.

You'll get a letter the night before telling you when to meet and when to have your luggage ready. Bell services typically calls too. We cruised in April and we had to have our luggage ready by 8 am at the front door. They will knock but if you are not there for some reason they will come in and get it.

Back in February we were picked up around 8AM. They came to get the bags from the room at 7 and we had to meet up in the lobby by 7:45.
