Pick up at the airport

I was asked to post this question from a worried first time DLP visitor.

She used Ireland booking site for a better deal, but she's not from Ireland. And she booked transportation via DLP site (together with her hotel booking). And now she's worried as DLP didn't ask for flight details. She did call them, but basically found out nothing as they said not to worry they will the family at the airport. But she didn't give any details and she's worried they will be looking at the flights from Ireland.
The question is - how does DLP transportation pick up work?
I'm still thinking she misunderstood something and booked VEA.....

I think you may be right. (Unless it's changed recently) When booking airport-hotel transportation through the DLP booking system, the option you are usually booking for is the VEA shuttle bus.

Does it not state on their confirmation email what they've booked for?

I hope they get it sorted soon!

If she didn't book her actual transport through Disney then I'm pretty sure it must be the VEA she booked - as you're right, how would they know her flight times etc.. if she hasn't told them.

As the VEA runs frequently throughout the day, she would take the next one once she gets to the stop.
