....and I've taken the ferry from the WL that made a stop [where I disembarked] in the back of the CR before heading to MK....I don't recall why I have never noticed it.

You can't see it from the back of CR or from the WL to CR boat ride. The boat directly from WL to the boat landing at MK passes it. The lot is in front of the Garden Wing on the Convention Center side/road side.
