My little brother (who is only a freshman) will be running. Took a silver at Districts in the 3200M. Can't wait to see how he does at States.
I really can't wait to see what Frances Koons (Allentown Central Catholic) does. She is one of the best in the nation (1600/3200) and from what I saw at the district meet (as well as XC States last fall), she is just adorable.
