Does anyone know if they are offering any discounts for PI, or if they are still running the 5 addional nights for $5.

We are going in Sept with our two kids and MIL, thereby my DW and I will have the free evenings without the kids. We have park hopper passes (no pluses because we are not going to the water parks) and are trying to decide what we should do. My choices are to buy seperate PI tickets at the gate or adhead of time through on-line discount brokers or upgrade just me and DW to premium passes.

They do have the $5 for 5 extra nights still. Your total comes to $27.32 for those tickets.

Oh this is great for me too!

I hope it continues until we get there. 29 days and counting!

These are the offerings at PI for tickets:

For $10.95 plus tax you may purchase a one dance club ticket. This will entitle you to visit the DANCE club of your choice for that night. If you choose to go to The Adventurers Club or the Comedy Warehouse, you will have to purchase the multiclub ticket, see below...

For $20.95 plus tax, the multiclub ticket may be purchased.

For an additional $5 plus tax you may add on an additional 5 nights onto your multiclub ticket. This must be done at the ticket booths before leaving the 1st night.

For approximately $55 plus tax, you may purchase a PI Annual Pass. There is also a rate, if you would like to have an Annual Pass that includes bringing a guest each time. I believe it is about $40 more.

On Friday nights, PI Annual Passholders and Premium Annual Passholders may bring in one guest for free. Must present your pass at the PI ticket booth.

If you are an Annual WDW passholder, you may get $4 off of a multiclub ticket by presenting your AP at the PI ticket booth when purchasing your ticket.

There are no discounts for children ages 3-9... everyone pays the same price.

And of course, you may add on the MPP to any new MYW ticket within 14 days of the 1st use of the ticket.

Anyone buying tickets must have a picture ID. Tickets will not be sold to guests under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied to the ticket booth by their chaperone, who must be at least 21 years in age, and must show their ID at that time. Guests ages 17 and older must stay with their chaperone AT ALL TIMES when on the Island.

The following is the restricted schedule of ages allowed in the following clubs-- no exceptions are made:
Motion: ages 18 and older at all times
Mannequins: ages 21 and older Thursdays through Saturday nights
BET Soundstage: ages 21 and older on Friday and Saturday nights.

There are NO kids clubs anywhere on Pleasure Island!

Hope that helps sort things out for you!:)

You can upgrade a ticket at the PI ticket booth either the night you purchased them, OR BY the next night at the latest. If it's not the night of, or the night after, the ticket booths will not touch the tickets unless it's being upgraded to an AP ( you have 7 days to do that).

Passholder tickets end up being 18.06 after tax and all that jazz.

Thanks for clarifying... you know where I work, and we were told day of, unless we made an exception for the following day. Gee, I have been doing unnecessary paperwork????? UGH!!!

Now, can a DVC member bring a guest in for free when going to the Block Party on Tuesday nights? And then can that guest get into the dance clubs as well?

During the DVC Block parties you are given a special wristband (guest would get one too) that's admission to PI that evening. Wouldn't you know DH and I bought PAPs with the DVC promotion so the wristband didn't mean as much to us this year.

Thanks for the info dgaston!

DH and I have PAP's this year...but my younger brother doesn't, so he will enjoy that perk!

I don't know what to tell you! :p Have your people contact my people.

The one club tickets MUST be upgraded that night. Multi-Club tickets can be upgraded the by the next night.

Also: With the DVC Block parties. You must be there during the "block party" time to receive a wristband. If you don't make it there during the block party time, and you are late - you will have to purchase a ticket. DVC Memeber ticket is $18.06 when you present your DVC card.
