does shop Disney no longer offer plastic cards mailed out with different designs?

They stopped having all the designs a few months back. Now they only have a couple at a time - usually the newest movie release and whichever holiday is around the corner. It really stinks, I was slowly getting different ones, now I rarely use the ones I have. I've had CMs throw out (or try to since I stop them ) GC's when I used up the balance.

edit - I just noticed that they are not mailing any physical cards right now but I am sure that is because of COVID
