Can someone please direct me where I might find a physical address to write Disney Guest Relations and also if there is a separate entity at WDW with an address that oversees pass holders that I could write to? (Or if Guest Relations covers this too, which is fine?)
Thanks

Did you look on the Passholder portal site?

Also, if this is related to your resort stay, you should have had a letter in your room with the direct contact information for the executive in charge of your hotel resort. Anecdotally, I have heard they are highly responsive in personally answering any email messages that come through.

Although just FYI, for my last few stays the direct GM email address has been replaced with a QR code to scan that takes you to a website with basic fields (and character limits). I’m assuming whatever you enter still gets to someone at the resort, but it feels a little less personal than writing a direct email where you can elaborate further on the purpose of the your communication.

Not sure if they are now like that everywhere, or just the ones I stayed at (Poly and AKL are my two most recent stays).

They are like that everywhere now. Once the email addresses got out on boards like the DIS, they were getting inundated with room requests, food allergy requests, etc which is not what they wanted. The majority of the emails were for things that already have a process in place to handle so they switched to this. There was someone under the GM that actually read and replied to them until it got to be too much.

I used the QR code at BWV and received a follow up phone call very shortly after I sent it. So they are monitoring the survey site.

Rats, I should've guessed that was going to happen sooner or later. While I never had to take them up on the offer, it was a nice touch while it lasted. It's too bad we can't have nice things!

Especially since I can never figure out how to work QR codes.
