Photoshop Elements 4.0 vs PS Elements 5.0

I want to start doing Photoshop but I want to start with Elements because there is no way I could do all the possibilities with CS. I noticed a new version of elements came out and was wondering what the difference was between 4.0 and 5.0. Does anyone have 5.0 and know the difference and know which one is better for newbies?

I'm still using 3.0, so I can't help you. I'm interested in the differences, too. Anyone think that I should upgrade?
