Photoshop Elements 15

Photo Elements 15 is on sale at Costco for $40. I currently have version 6. I mainly use it for making shirts for my Disney trips. Do you think I should upgrade? I also use Picasa and a looking for a replacement for that. Any feedback would be helpful.

I was one of those likely to get new upgrades but I loved version 7 the best so far. Am using 10 as I never liked changes made for 11 or higher. Haven't looked into 15 yet but have to see if it has enhancements that I would really find useful... then I can report if I am going to go for it!

Interesting. I bought it via online download. I would love a hard copy to own in case they ever go to just monthly membership like so many other products have done.
