Let me try to remember how I did this ( I just busted it out real quick). I selected the guys and pulled them out of the picture, then I think I just adjusted the RGB settings till green was maxed out on the characters. Then I pasted them as a new layer into a pic I had of the Haunted mansion. I selected the character layer and lowered the opacity so you could see through them. I added a green glow using the glow filter in Paint shop pro, and then darkened the background some and then combined all the layers and then shrunk in down to 800X600 for posting.
