In response to the request to see my photos, I have started a new thread for them.
I stayed in a resort suite in NPBH in June/July 2007 (Room 5239) for 6 nights. We paid about £300 a night (2 adult, a child(5) & a baby). This was the price without tickets (we have annual passes) and with the annual pass 10% discount.
From the hallway, there were double doors and a doorbell into the suite.
Inside, there was a hallway with toilet off leading to the living room:
with a sofa bed(very comfortable), 2 armchairs, a desk & chair, large low coffee table, 3 side tables, corner lamp & reading lamp, TV unit with a cupboard beneath. There was a door which hid a sink unit with shelving. There was a brilliant view over the lake towards Hotel New York.
Double doors lead to a large bedroom with a massive bed,
travel cot, 2 bedside tables, a chair, a bench at the bottom of the bed, a TV unit with drawers beneath, a walk in wardrobe with hanging space & room for storing suitcases. Also off the bedroom was a bathroom with bath and shower over(great pressure), twin sinks, toilet, minibar (which we left locked) & safe.
There was an interconnecting door in the livingroom & in the bedroom(which were locked) which would allow the suite to have access to further bedrooms.
When we arrived we had been left a cuddly toy (retail at 20 euro), a half bottle of champagne (retail at 35 euro on room service) and a large mickey mouse mug filled with sweets.
There were 2 dressing gowns in the bathroom, a kettle with coffee, tea & shortbread biscuits which were sometimes replenished, but not every day. There were mickey toiletries which were replenished daily. On the second day, we were left a plant! (picture also shows sofabed down)
We also had VIP fastpasses which were valid from 11am until 2 hrs before closing.
I had fully intended to write a trip report on my return, but our daughters were both sick while we were there, so I didn't think anyone would want to read about that! Having the suite made a big difference to the holiday.
But the good news is that we are going again - NEXT WEEK! Just myself & DD(5). DH is taking time off work to mind the baby. I am really looking forward to it. Got cheap flights with Easyjet (£42 each) and just booked the Kyriad 2 nights ago for £150 for the 3 nights so doing this trip on more of a budget! And DH has said that he would like to pay for me to renew my annual passport (have been offered 4 mths extra) for my Christmas present, so that means that I will get back again.
