Photos just before park opens...

We are doing the KTTW tour and have to be there before the park opens...is anyone around to take photos with our camera early in the AM?

Thats my game plan...however BF is a little sketchy when it comes to handing over our camera

I kid you not. He is very particular about this...why I dont know but hey-I just need a back up plan...Thanks!

But you will be in a CLOSED space with the identity of everyone there with you well-documented.

I'm a professional videographer and I'd have no worries with my pro gear under these conditions.

I'll let himknow that...
He gets all mad b/c everything has to be a kodak moment with me...well DUH...the one time we didnt stop for a photo (we were on DCL) we go to look at photos in shutters after he thru a tantrum and said "well if we had a photo with the ship in the backround I would have definately bought it." My reply was "um there was a camera guy there-but everything was a kodak moment and you were tired of it...so we didnt get that shot." DING point for me...I win I dont think that he will complain much...but then again I might be wrong...

I'll talk him into it. Some how...now if I can just talk him into photo pass...(baby steps baby steps...)

My husband and I took our first trip alone last year and worried about this. A lot of times, someone stepped up and offered before we even asked. Sometimes it was a "you take ours/we'll take yours" exchange.

As for meeting for the tour, we did that and the meeting area was just outside the park so there wasn't much opportunity for pictures.

During the rest of the vacation we took full advantage of PhotoPass. We didn't wait for them to approach us. Everywhere we saw a photographer we went right up to them. The pictures turned out great.

yeah and now I have to figure out a way to get BF to part with the $100 to get the photo pass CD...I'm just going to bring a little extra $$$ so I can get it I think...it will be easier that way then to try to have him part with the $$$ that we are bringing to spend...a girl has to do what a girl has to do...
