Photos from Akershus?

When we were at the princess breakfast in May, we bought the package of pictures with dd and Belle. Well, now more of my family want pictures and I need to get some more. I can't have them copied at Walmart or a local copy shop b/c of the disney copyright on them, so how can I get more? Is there a number I can call to order more from disney, or will they give me written release of rights to the picture if I can't get copies? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you're out of luck on official copies. Disney generally doesn't save photos for that long - even the Photopass pictures have to be viewed online within 30 days or they're gone...... I don't know anyone who has tried to get the rights, though, so I have no idea on that one. I'd suspect the answer is no, but it won't hurt anything to ask.

I`d take a chance and scan on the self scan at any walgreens, walmart, kmart , etc........................most times they just print them no questions asked. You can always say you used your own digital camera if you are questioned. I mean if thats the only way to get the job done.............or any friends who might have a great scanner/printer? One of my friends made copies of my daughters professional communion pictures and though they werent as great as the originals, you couldnt tell when framed. HTH

Your best bet is to find a friend with a scanner that can scan them in and print them for you.

I took some pictures right after the photographer with my own digital camera, When I printed them at Sams I could not tell the difference. It is worth a try.

Well, I kinda figured disney might not keep the photos that long. My brother's got a scanner, guess I'll try that. Thanks
