Photos at Chef Mickey or Crystal Palace?

Do the character meals have PhotoPass photographers? We will be going to Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace on our trip, and I am planning to order a PhotoPass CD. Since this will be our best photo op with the characters, I'm hoping the answer to my question is yes.

The DIS info says "you can opt to purchase tableside photos which will be added to your PhotoPass account" at Chef Mickey's, Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show, Hoop-Dee-Doo, and Mickey's Backyard Barbecue. It says photos are included at CRT and Akershus Princess Storybook Dining. What about CP and the other character meals not mentioned?

Will I have to purchase photos at Chef Mickey's, or will I automatically get them if I order the CD? Do the non-character meal restaurants have PhotoPass photographers? We're going to some other cool themed restaurants (50's PTC, Coral Reef, Teppan Edo, Le Cellier, Ohana), and it would be nice to have the photos on the CD.

No, CM's and CP do not. I know there is a photo op at the CM when you first walk in but it is not with a character.

At all of the Character meals you have to purchase the $30ish dollar photo package to get the "code" to have it one your photopass CD (exceptions of course being the meals like CRT with photo included)

Many of these photos do not even include the characters in them... and there are not photographers walking around restaurants that I have ever seen.

That would be a great thing for Disney to add to Character meals!
