Returned to Disney World a few weeks ago and now I'm going through all our Photopass photos. We got the attraction+ version. There seems to be two different versions of the PhotoPass website. The old school one at www.disneyphotopass.com/ and the new one for trips after Sept 4th (or thereabouts) at mydisneyphotopass.disney.go.com.
Now I started off at the new one and my first issue is that while in the Help section it says it's possible to upload your own photos I can't seem to see how. The Help section doesn't say how either, just what kind of photos can be uploaded. Second issue is that the borders and stickers are very limited.
So over to the old site I go to check it out. Yes, I can upload photos and there are way more borders and stickers including special ones for the princesses that change based on the princess. Missing a couple that were in the new version like the one for Splash Mountain but overall a lot more choices. Problem now is that none of the magic shot props appear. Plus some photos that were originally missing are only appearing on the new version now that Disney recovered them. (I'm thinking that may be fixable by re-adding my photopass number but haven't really tried.)
So I guess I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed the differences between the sites. Anyone know how to upload photos to the new site or get magic shots back on the old?
