By pre purchasing this service can you get more then 1 card.. we have 2 different families going and i would like to get all the pictures together.. is that possible to do with buying in advance ??

You can do a search and get confirmation, but...


As I understand it, you only get one official Photopass Plus card, and that's the one you have to have in hand for ride photos and meals (basically, the stuff not included with your regular PP card) BUT you can also get regular PP cards from the photographers that do the regular photo ops and link those to your PP+ account. So others can have regular cards to use around the parks for character meet & greets while one person holds the Plus card.

One more tidbit: if someone in your party does a PP+ ride and wants the photo, but doesn't have the PP+ card, they can make a note of the photo # and you can go back and get it added to the PP+ card later. I have heard conflicting info on how long you have to do that, though; some posts say until closing on the day it was taken and others say 24 hrs.

This is our first trip using PP+ and we are mainly in it for the ride photos. ;-) Hope you have a wonderful time!

Jenny is right, you won't be able to get 2 PP+ cards, but the 2nd family can just pick up a regular PP card with any photographer. They can keep using that card throughout the visit & then at the end both cards can be brought to a PP location at a park to get them combined. They'll combine it onto the PP+ card for you.

BTW, you should do this at the end of your vacation to get all of the pictures. Unless you want to keep bringing the cards to the PP locations. When I say combined, it is more like transferred. The photos from both cards won't be on both cards.

unless things have change since 2 years ago with PP, i was able to upload multiple PP numbers online when i was ready to order my CD. I was assuming I would be able to do the same thing since my parents are coming with us and will most likely take dd to character meet and greets while we ride some of the thrill rides like last trip. I think I ended up with 3 PP cards and just ended them in the website and they were all combined into one for viewing and ordering of the actual disc.

yes i understand that but I didnt think about multiple families that dont do the major ride and character meals together. I planned that everyone will be together for the events that are pp+ and my parents will grab another pp like they did last time. i'll combine them later.
