I have never bought a Photopass CD at Disneyland, but I did get one at WDW. At the time t here was a discount if you bought it before your trip. Is there anything like that for Disneyland? I'm taking my best friend and her girls for their first trip in January and was thinking that Photopass might come in handy this time. Do they include any of the ride photos on it? I honestly have never paid attention since I don't normally do Photopass..... Thanks for your help!!

At Disneyland, the system is different. The cheapest way to buy the Photopass PhotoCD is to buy a voucher at the Photo shop on Main Street. Last I heard (about a month ago) it was still $60, but that might have gone up or be going up before January.

Yes...there is no pre-pay option for DL PP.
When I was there in April, I bought their Gallery CD for $39.95 and it came with a coupon for a free photopass CD. Was alot cheaper then what the PP CD was going for on their website.

the cd is in a green case and behind the counter. the lady t the register knew what one i wanted. its a gallery cd with a coupon for a free photopass cd it was 59 99 when i was there

I'll be at Disneyland though, not WDW. Man they really need to add the ride photos on!!

Right. I was saying that ride photos are already available on the Photopass+ at WDW, but not yet at DLR. DLR may incorporate the same offer by January, although it's crazy expensive (~$80 more than regular PhotoCD). You'd need to buy a half dozen ride/dining package photos out of pocket to break even with the Photopass+.

Well with the amount of us going and splitting the cost of the cd, that wouldn't be out of the question. Hm, I'll have to hope they add things on. Although I would think that we would have heard something about them updating their system to add it on.
