Photopass website help???

So DH and DS5 are at D'land now. My DH shoots me the Photopass number that they're using.

I have an account from a previous trip and I log on to enter the new number. It tells me that

"This Disney's PhotoPass ID already exists in your account. Any images associated with it will automatically populate as soon as they are available. Note: It can take up to 24 hours for your photos to be available in your account after they are taken"

I realize it's probably too soon for some of those pics to appear but I'm worried about This Disney's PhotoPass ID already exists in your account. Since when?

Can anyone offer some advice?
 
Maybe they added it....I would call and verify.
 
I guess the first question I would ask, would be are you using the same Photopass card on this trip that you used on a previous trip?

I would give it a few hours to see if the new photos show up. I agree, I would call Photopass and ask them what to do.

And just as a helpful photopass tip...

ALWAYS TAKE A PICTURE OF THE BACK OF YOUR PHOTOPASS CARD.

If you you lose your card in the parks, you will be able to use the picture you took to gain access to your photopass pictures. That is the first thing I do when I get a new photopass card. It has saved our pictures on several occasions.
