PhotoPass Update w Borders & Stickers

I have an AP and an "edit" button. But I got the error message again just now. Something about not being able to access a server. And every time I try to access my photos in the app it takes FOREVER to load the gallery. That wasn't the case before.

I just emailed Disney to see what the deal is with the borders. I don't hold out any hope that 1) a fix is on the way or 2) the answer I get will be accurate, but I figure it can't hurt to ask.

Mine load ok, but I'm getting the same message and have been since last week.

That said, it's having problems showing my AP. When I click on tickets/passes it wants me to link my AP (which I've done and tells me I've done when I try again) and a pop up comes up saying they're having problems refreshing the information right now.

OK, I thought I was figuring this out. I heard back from photopass. They said they were working on adding the border/sticker function in the app but acknowledged they were having issues and working on it. I still have not even seen an edit button so I emailed back and asked again what I was missing. I thought I had my answer when they replied today and said it was just in the ios system so far, with no estimate of when it would be available on Android. That's fine, I just had my daughter download the app on her iphone, but here I sit again. I don't see an edit button anywhere.

Can someone do a screen grab of the button for me?

Has anyone else been getting the "stitch ate the page" when trying to log into their photopass on a computer? I haven't been able to get pics there for 2 days now. I haven't seen any kind of an edit button.

Yes. After I click on the picture, it opens and on the bottom left is an edit button.

Do you have an iphone? I still can't figure out why I never got an edit button on my daughter's iphone. I'm going to check today. Maybe she hasn't updated her ios recently. I think I'll try on her ipad later.

I checked again after I posted last night, and still couldn't get to my pictures on a computer. They're fine in the app, though..weird. I have an Android phone. I've clicked on the photo in the app, and the bottoman left button says save, bottom right says share....no edit buttons

The "edit" button is at the bottom of the picture - there are three buttons: edit, save, and share. I screen-shotted it, but don't have a photo host so can't post here. But it isn't something you should need to search for.

Just tried again and the borders are now coming up for me as well! I should add that I have an iPhone as well.

I haven't tried to do anything on the actual website, just the app.

ETA: There aren't many and nothing Holiday specific that I see. Hopefully more roll out as they get it working again.

Thanks everyone! I'll check again when my iphone..... I mean my daughter...... gets home from school!

If that doesn't work, my other iphone will be home from college late next week.

Here's hoping they add some holiday borders in the meantime!

OK, update. I have tried this on both my daughter's iphone and the ipad. When I click on a photo, there is information below it saying where it was taken, when it was taken and when it expires. Then there's the button beneath that says "buy this photo". No edit, save or share button at all.

Maybe I need to enter the information first showing that I that I have actually purchased the 1 week photopass?

OK, you can all rest assured that I'm not insane. At least I feel better about myself now that I have this figured out. And the representative on the phone from Photopass says I'm not insane.

I had purchased the 1 week option right before we left home (and I'm glad I did since the price went up while we were gone). But for whatever reason, they didn't get my purchase linked up with my account. I was on the phone with them for half an hour, but they got me fixed up. I now have edit, save and share buttons!

And after all that the ipad died, so I haven't even gotten to play with the borders yet.

She did say that they don't have the save function working properly yet, so if you add a border, you need to email it to yourself because the border will disappear. Just a little tip from your uncle Fred.

When I open a picture in the app, I only get 2 buttons, not 3. Save and Share...no edit.

I'm happy to see the Borders and stickers options and that they are finally working. I do wish there were "Holiday" borders & signatures to add. I loved all the older borders etc in the old PhotoPass more.
Hopefully they'll be adding additional ones.

I accessed PhotoPass using my iPhone 6 Plus and going through the Disneyland app. Haven't tried it on anything else, yet. Or is it only available through the app ?

It's only on the app, and only for Apple right now.

I assume that's because you are using an Android?
