I assume that's because you are using an Android?

I'm assuming that's it...but I'm hoping maybe they'll have information on when that will.be available. It's really not cool to roll it out for only one platform

I totally agree! I would be really disappointed right now if I wasn't related to a couple of iphones.

But a week ago it wasn't even working with the iphone. So it appears to be a work in progress. Maybe they will have the Android ready pretty soon!

I will say it's kind of disappointing not to have any holiday borders at all though. The choices are pretty limited right now. I'm crossing my fingers that they are working on that as well.

Hoping they get all the bugs out while us iPhone users are playing with it and it will be up and running real soon for all the android users.

I have checked the website and the app. I have android phone. I tried to reenter the info, but it says I already linked it and it could take 20 minutes to show. It's been over an hour. Our showed up on the app minutes after we loaded them. But I will say that I've been trying to reload mine on the website on my computer all morning and keep getting Stitch eating my page. So you might want to just want to check later in the day.

It says 20 minutes? Mine says 24 hours. Some pictures show up immediately, some do take a full day. Often I'll get 5-6 "sets" of pictures in a day, and maybe 3 will show up within 30 minutes, and then one will show up an hour or two later, and then the last one or two won't show up until the next day. And set #6 might show up even though 3 and 5 are missing, you know?

If it's really not there the next day, there's a number you can call and they can find the pics with a description of time, outfit, etc.

Oh, and did you actually scan the photopass code on the AP? Just having the account linked didn't work for me the first time until I scanned the code, and then they all popped up.

Has photo pass + changed? Last time I ordered photo pass plus they mailed me a voucher that I turned in at the parks for the photo pass + card. IS that still the case or is it all online now? I just ordered it for our upcoming trip but Im not clear on how it works now. Does it get activated now when I upload my first picture to my account? Please help.

Yes, it's very different now. No more vouchers.

It's supposed to be active in your account, attached to account you ordered from. For some reason mine never activated (I also purchased before going). I had to call and have them figure it out.

If I had known they were in the process of this, I wouldn't have activated my photopass one week purchase yet. I talked with photopass on the phone more than once about other issues, including borders (that were put on in the park on our Minnie & Friends breakfast photo), and this was never mentioned. I'm hoping at this point that my photos don't expire before they get this running for Android. But, really, it's just poor form to release it for just a portion of guests.

I entered the ride photo number for Splash last night. My daughter was the only one in the boat! Instead of her photo, I got two photos of people from Dec 1, 2015. ????

unfortunately, I didn't take down the photo number. I just entered it from the screen.

Give it some time for your daughter's to show up. When I loaded our Splash photos I got ours, but I also got some from Nov. 2015. I'm guessing they're recycling numbers - these "others" are due to expire any day and should fall off my account.

Ok so was it a mistake to buy it now then? I bought the week pass since we will be there for 4 days but I don't want to start using it until the 27th. I was ordering early because that's what we use to have to do. I have the app that I need to use for it but don't know if its active yet or if that will wait until I start adding pictures to it when we go at the end of the month?

It happened again today. I only get the 2015 strangers photos. This morning the photoshop tried to add in the one from last night and it still hasn't loaded. There are still way too many glitches for a product that started when this one did.

I agree wholeheartedly. I loved the older borders and stickers, especially holiday. It's a shame WDW has more photopass offerings now
