Photopass still has watermark on spouses app

I activated my Photopass that I got with the DVC extra magic add on. My wife is on the same itinerary but the majority of the photos in her app still show the watermark. Any idea how we can fix it? They are all clear in mine.
 
If YOU purchased it then only YOU can see and download them without the watermark I believe.
Correct! ONLY the individual who purchased the PhotoPass sees them without the watermark. Anyone else connected to that account will see all the photos, but they will have the watermark. Only the purchaser can download the photos without the watermark.

Once you download a photo, you can share it with anyone you wish.

And as I recall, even the purchaser only has a certain number of days after your Disney trip has ended to download those pictures. Why would you both need to download them?

For this my initial thought is that its because it was a ride photo (maybe one where there is no way to tap to get it) and the magic band or bluetooth didn't capture it. You can send Disney the info with day/time/outfit of who's in the pic and they can usually find it.

There are a few from the MK that were taken by the park photographer that only the people in the photo can see (w/watermark) but not the person who has Photopass (not in the photo, but traveling with)

Are the people that had their band/card scanned for the pic linked in friend and family to the purchaser?

The purchaser may just need to contact Disney to have the photos added if they are not showing up for whatever reason.

Yes, the people in the picture are linked in family & friend to the purchaser.
 
Yeah I always have inconsistent access in a group. I go to member service kiosk and ask for help (with the other person)
