PhotoPass stickers and frames

I purchased one day of our PhotoPass pictures from this past weekend and when I try to edit them on the app, it still shows the option for stickers or frames but when I click on either nothing comes up. Have they done away with this option? Was hoping to get some cute 2022 or 50th borders.
