Photopass Question

We have photo pass included with our AP's but our last pictures did not show up online. I'm wondering ... the photographer scanned my husband's magic band instead of mine. The account is under my name although he and my son are both linked. Could that be why? If so, is there a way for my husband to create an account (or another way to get the picture)? We are trying to create a calendar for the grandparents for Christmas and the pictures in front of the Christmas tree at Epcot would be perfect.

No, that wouldn't be why the photos didn't show up. Our MDE is in my name, DH doesn't have one at all. It doesn't matter which of the 4 of us scan our bands for photos, they all show up in my account.
I would notify PP of the missing photos. They can locate them. There are forms on the website for just this purpose.

If by any chance you are still there you can go to the photopass place in Epcot and they can help you in person.

If the accounts are all linked as friends & family, and they are set to share pictures, then the picture will show up. Things happen with pictures, camera malfunction, memory cards get corrupted, and occasionally they mis-scan a magic band/card. So it's possible that the picture is lost entirely, that it simply didn't get tagged at all, or got tagged to the next family that came for pictures. If you contact Photopass customer service via the lost/missing pictures form, and provide as much information in the fields they ask, they can look to see if they can find it for you. If you know the time and place, and have another picture from the same day so they can match outfits, as long as there was no camera/storage problem they can usually find the picture for you.
