If we will be there for 5 days, do you think it would be a good idea to purchase a photo pass CD now. We leave tomorrow. We have purchased them before at WDW but between 4 parks, some rides and staying 8 days we had enough photos. I'm just not sure we will have enough photos at DL.

We didn't buy a photo pass in advance, we were just given a card by the first photographer we interacted with, and then at the end of the trip we went in to review the pictures and opted to buy the CD at that point. So, I don't think you have to make a financial commitment up front.

To a PP, the pre-paid one, as far as I know, allows for more editing than the one you can buy at the park. You can add little semi-borders, and other little things. As far as I have heard, with the one you buy AT the park, those aren't available, and that's cheaper.

The in-park one is likely what we'll get for this trip, and I'd love to know the actual cost! And where to get it, too.

The CD we got was $59 and it doesn't have the option to put in all the Disney enhancements, but it gives you the right to use the pictures however you want which is what I was most concerned about (the photo in my signature is already on its way to being our holiday card picture). We purchased our CD at the Greetings store in DCA. You can also review the pictures and purchase the CD at the photo shop on Main Street in DL.
