Photopass Question- how long do you have?

We are very lucky to be taking a trip to WDW from 5/10-5/19 - then will be doing some other local sites and finishing our trip at with the WDW parks again from 6/8 - 6/18. Do you think I can just get one photopass and $99 CD to cover the entire trip? So, I guess the question is, how long from when the picture is taken do I have to be able to get it on CD? I will just ask to be sure when I am down there - but it would sure be nice to only have to go to one of those special locations once!

i would suggest getting all of the photos you want while you're in Disney itself. my fiance and i went in August. we too, had the photopass. the only time we actually used it happened to be when my fiance was proposing to me infront of Cinderella's Castle. they had taken about 9 pictures and we wanted to get all of them but we couldn't really afford it. we ended up getting 2 sets of the same photo for each of us and the CM told us "oh you can order more for yourselves or family members online for the next month!"......no.....we couldn't. they lost all of our photos while trying to upload them onto the site. all of them are gone. we never got them back. i've heard a lot of complaints about photopass ranging from the same incident as mine to people having other people's photos on their pass. try and get the photos while you're there it'll save you some hassle.

Wasn't this still pretty new in August? Maybe they were working the bugs out. IIRC, they didn't start the CD until Nov or Dec, and that would've been great for the proposal pics. Sorry they messed up for you.

actually i had contacted the photopass people and talked to the manager and she said that they had the photo pass for just a bit over a year. so no it wasn't very new. yeah the cd would have been great.
