PhotoPass+ preorder?

For some reason I cannot find where to pre-order the PhotoPass Plus (for $69). I ordered one for our trip in August and am trying to order one for our November trip. Is it still available? Anyone have a link on where to order? Any help would be much appreciated.

Does anyone know if you can combine this with an Aulani photopass? We are going to Aulani first, then a week gap on another Island and then DL.

Last I heard you could not combine them. But I am no expert on Aulani, hopefully someone chimes in. But if not, be sure to ask elsewhere.
