Photopass preorder

I am hoping to preorder the reg photopass for $119. Does that still exist? I can't seem to find the link...or is it only the PP+ for $149?

We are doing SWW for characters, shows,...wont be getting rides photos on this short trip so I don't feel the need for the extra cost.
