PhotoPass Plus Price

According to my travel agent she can order PhotoPass Plus for us for $159.00. Is this a good price or can I get it cheaper elsewhere?

I'm pretty sure I saw it for $149 as long as its more than 14 days until you need it to start

If you prepurchase the photopass/photopass+ you the cd after you've claimed your photos and add borders and what not correct?
