photopass plus photos

How long should they appear on your account? We were there this morning and had several scans and none of them are appearing. They all beeped when they scanned so it seemed to take. I was told at one point, they can find them if I give them info on it at the photography store, but we are out of park tickets.

Has anyone had this happen? Last time we used the card was on Thursday. Those photos are all there.

I've had a missing photo or two but not all of them.
When you upload the card online I think they are only available for 30 days. Not sure why yours are gone. I hope you get it figured out.

Call the photopass people (online) and see if they can find your pictures.

Check tomorrow it can take hrs for them to be uploaded from the camera to the site
If they are not there tomorrow, call

Thanks! I ended up checking the next morning and they still weren't there-but they were placed that night. (thought I had them research anyway) So, I guess sometimes it can take 18 hours? who knew?

I was told up to 48 hours when I inquired on this last week in the parks, but it seems to vary. Presumably things have to be uploaded off the photographers' cameras and into the system, which will take some time.

It's quite normal for PhotoPass photos of any type to take up to 72 hours to post to your account.
