Photopass Plus at off-peak times?

I am going to DL early to mid January, an off-peak time. Are there still enough Photopass photographers around to make it worth it to purchase Photopass Plus ahead of time? Thanks.

Hi, we were there early February this year and found plenty Photopass photographers around.

Just be sure to check your photos each day at the photo shop. We found some of ours were missing, if we had not of checked at the photo shop, we would not have noticed till we got home and it would have been too late to do anything.
