Photopass pictures missing magic

I was just looking at my pictures from my trip and several of the photos that were supposed to have magic shots don't have the extras. Is there a why to get them added in at this point? Obviously the system wasn't working right.

I am pretty sure that this is something the photopass photographer must enable with their camera when shooting the photo. A call to the photopass help line would be worth a shot.

I got my PP photos back and a few were missing the Tink shot and the balloon shot...so I called the customer service and was informed that in the balloon shot we were positioned wrong and in the Tink, there was an error in the placement. She added the "magic" to show me while we were on the phone so I got to see what they meant and I had the option to keep those pics. They even fixed the balloon shot by photoshopping away someone in the background to make it work.

So DEFINATELY call them!!
