Photopass pics at Character breakfast?

My family and I are doing a breakfast a 1900 PF.. Is there going to be a photopass photographer there to take pics of the the kids with the characters? Sorry if this has already been asked, but I wasn't able to find it.

I'm afraid not. When we went (breakfast), there's a PPP in the front lobby. He/She takes a photo of people against a scenery backdrop. But you have to pay extra to purchase the photos.

Inside the restaurant there were no PPP. You need to bring your own camera.
