Photopass, Photopass+, Memory Makers - trying to sort out the differences

It's probably because I am trying to learn about this at 1 AM, but I am not able to figure out what the differences are between these 3. If this is explained in an other thread, please point me there. Right now, the only thread I found had people going back and forth trying to sort out what you can and can not do with Memory Makers. I was so tired after reading it, I decided to just ask outright what these are, so I can figure out what we need.

Photopass is the overall system... you can have your picture taken by the photographers as much as you want for free, then look at your photos online and decide if you want to buy any.

Memory Maker replaced Photopass+ at WDW and is a package to buy unlimited photo downloads from Photopass, and it also includes downloads of ride photos, etc.
