Photopass phone number

I've been calling Photopass, hoping to get a code to pre-purchase a CD as I didn't get an email from Disney Destination. The phone number I found on their website keeps answering by saying "goodbye" and disconnecting me.
Anybody know of a phone number other than on their help page 407-560-4300. It says they are open til 1pm EST so I would think I should be able to get through.

Tried the same # again and it says it is not in service... can anyone help?

That's the number I was going to try tomorrow. Maybe it's because it's Thanksgiving day today. Hopefully, tomorrow will be a good day to call.
