Photopass offer.. Am I missing something

I have been on the edge of my seat waiting for the e-mail that is suppose to contain the pre-order photopass offer. On stitch kingdom it said that the email would say "Disney must sees for (name) family" I checked my e-mail and saw a e-mail titled "Disney must sees for Davis Family". I was so excited and quickly opened it, but I can't find the photopass offer. It has a link that says click here for details. When I clicked it it lead me to the photopass site. Nothing showed up so I checked under special offers. everything was for prints and not a photoCD. Plus the offers on the prints expire in a couple of weeks and we are not even going until April. At the bottom of the e-mail it says that photopass offers apply if ordered before check in to resort, but I can't find the offer. Am I missing something?
 
We leave in 8 days and I just received mine today. It said "Your Disney Vacation Is Almost Here Dean Family!" from Disney Destinations. It has Disney's PhotoPass CD Save $50!. When we went in December I received the email 30 days before our trip. I didn't think I was going to get one this time. I was surprised today when I received the email.
 
You can always call :) That's what we did for our Nov/Dec trip last year. They gave me a PIN code for after we got back to get $50 off the photopass CD. We booked through a TA so we didn't get the Disney Destinations email.
 
I'm in the same situation as the OP. Got the e-mail I've been waiting for, and no special offer. It has a link for Photopass that just takes me to the Photopass site but doesn't give any kind of discount on the cd. So I wonder if they've switched things? I'll be on the lookout for the e-mail with the title that thedeans mentioned, I guess.
 

I e-mailed photopass and recieved a response today. they said that the pre-order offer will be mailed out around 10 days prior to the trip date. They also said that the e-mailed will be titled "Must haves".

Sorry, the e-mail will be titled "magical musts" not "must haves" here is a copy of the e-mail I recieved where they talk about it in detail.

Thanks for the info...I could be out of luck...we leave to spend a week at the beach before our 3 nights at Disney, so if the e-mail comes after we are gone, I guess I'll miss the deal:headache:

I booked through a TA to and they told me they couldn't help me my TA had to call, i am still trying to get that pin code and i've been home 2 weeks now...
also i got that email that everyone is talking about: your disney vacation etc etc. etc.
well it didn't come directly to me, it must have went to my TA because she forwarded it to me, when i went to go click on the link to open, it wouldn't open....
My TA is in contact with photopass and she is getting no where with them
